✨ ABOUT ME…
I first became interested in birth work after my own difficult birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding journey with my first baby. Then my best friend asked me to support her birth, and after the joy of attending her beautiful VBAC, I was completely hooked and knew that God was leading me to this work.
I live in Ball Ground, Georgia with my husband and our 3 little ones. I love to knit and I wish I could eat Chipotle every day. I also host Rise: A Christian Birth Podcast to provide education, encouragement, and Biblical truth for birth without fear. My heart is to help women rise above fear and replace it with trust... not just in their bodies but ultimately, in the Lord.

While I care deeply about helping couples steward their birth decisions with wisdom and prayer (whether they plan an unmedicated birth or not) my specialty is helping moms work with their bodies in labor by teaching effective pain coping strategies and ways to support the natural hormonal flow of birth.
