Hi, I’m Abbie—birth doula, postpartum doula, childbirth educator, placenta encapsulator, and scrunchy mama!
I believe that birth isn’t something you just get through—it’s something you’re meant to feel informed, supported, and confident in. My approach is all about helping you trust your body, ask the right questions, and feel like you’re the one in charge—because you are.
I combine evidence-based education with a holistic mindset. I'm passionate about natural remedies, real support, and helping you feel grounded in your decisions—from prenatal tests to postpartum healing. I’m also a follower of Christ and believe that God gives us strength for every part of this journey. Birth is powerful, spiritual, and deeply personal—and you deserve to feel seen in all of it.
I’ve been the mom sitting in ten-minute OB appointments wondering what the heck is going on. I’ve learned how much of a difference it makes to feel heard, supported, and not alone. That’s the kind of care I now provide to other families—whether it’s birth planning, labor support, postpartum recovery, or just being that person you can message at 2am.
