I came to birthwork through prenatal yoga. While I teach yoga, it's not woo-woo yoga.
Teaching is my passion. Movement classes, childbirth education, my own children. It fills my heart to share information with people! The benefits of functional movement; how breathing and relaxation can do wonders for your pregnancy and birth; understanding the many options and choices you have!

While I have supported many different families who had many different values - supporting second + time moms who know birth can be different and want more than just following the status quo are my people. (But this also includes first time moms who have the same views!)
