My approach centers on emotional safety, steady presence, and practical care. I believe every mother deserves to feel seen, prepared, and deeply supported as she navigates birth and the fourth trimester.

I am a full spectrum doula but my main focus is trauma informed postpartum support, including pregnancy after loss and bereavement care. I am especially passionate about supporting mothers navigating anxiety, previous trauma, or relationship strain, blending emotional steadiness with practical postpartum planning.
