My approach is calm, steady, evidence-based, and rooted in deep respect for every parent’s intuition and choices. I’m passionate about low-intervention birth, but I support all birth paths, your birth, your way!

✨ ABOUT ME…
I’m a birth doula, a mom of two (soon to be three), and someone who truly understands how powerful and sometimes overwhelming this season can be. My passion for this work is rooted in both my personal experiences and my deep respect for women's strength as they move through pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.
I’m especially drawn to supporting physiologic, low-intervention birth and creating a calm, steady presence in the birth space. At the same time, I believe every birth deserves compassionate, nonjudgmental support, no matter how it unfolds.
My goal is to help you feel safe, informed, and deeply supported, whether that looks like hands-on comfort during labor, helping you navigate decisions, or walking alongside you in those early postpartum days. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and confident in your experience.
When I’m not supporting families, I’m at home with my girls, soaking up the beautiful chaos of motherhood and continuing to grow in this work I care so deeply about.
