✨ ABOUT ME…
I am a passionate and dedicated doula offering birth doula services in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. My mission is to empower women to achieve the birth experiences they desire, whether that means a natural hospital birth, a birth center delivery, an empowering home birth, or a carefully planned cesarean. I firmly believe that every woman deserves to feel heard, supported, and respected throughout her birthing journey.
My passion for birth work began with a deep appreciation for the strength and beauty of women’s bodies. As I pursued my path to becoming a doula, I realized how often women’s preferences are dismissed or overlooked during childbirth. That’s why I offer birth doula services focused on advocacy, providing evidence-based information, and ensuring that you feel confident and prepared as you bring your baby into the world.
Outside of my work as a doula, I’m a mom to my daughter, Aubrey. When I’m not supporting families, you can usually find me spending time with my husband and daughter, exploring downtown Smithfield, or talking about the joys and challenges of pregnancy and birth.

While I love supporting a wide range of births, my passion is helping high risk mamas navigate taking control of their birth within the hospital setting. I understand that not everyone has the option to give birth at home or in a birth center (or want to ), but that should not mean that you can't have the birth you want!
