✨ ABOUT ME…
My path to motherhood looked different than I always dreamed of. It included a baby early in my adult life, infertility, IVF, pregnancy after loss, and two very different birth experiences. Along the way, I learned that birth rarely follows a perfect plan, but feeling informed, heard, and supported can make all the difference.
Those experiences sparked a passion that grew into Lilac Roots Co. a place where evidence-based education meets compassionate, judgment-free support.
I'm the kind of person who loves learning. You'll often find me reading the latest books, listening to birth podcasts, or expanding my knowledge so I can better support the families I serve. I believe education should reduce fear, not create it, and that every family deserves honest information presented with kindness and without pressure.
When I'm not immersed in birth work, I'm spending time with my husband and our two boys, usually chasing little adventures, tackling a new project, trying to grow a garden, or enjoying a good cup of coffee. I believe in celebrating the small moments, finding calm in the chaos, and remembering that every family and every birth story is beautifully unique.
Whether you're preparing for your first baby, navigating IVF, planning a cesarean, hoping for an unmedicated birth, or simply looking for someone to walk beside you, my goal is the same: to help you feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

I have always loved helping people and cannot wait to help as many families as I can. After going through years of infertility and IVF treatment, I feel as though I can be a great resource for families trying to navigate the ups and downs, ins and outs of fertility treatments.
