I am a military spouse and mom to a 2.5 year old girl. I am passionate about supporting moms and families through every stage. It brings me the greatest joy to see a mom unlock her inner strength and superpower.
I came into this work after my own traumatic birth that ended in a c-section and NICU stay. I realized that the support just wasn't there and I wanted to be the doula that I needed and more.
My heart and soul will always be for moms to feel autonomous, empowered, and free in their birth experience-- the way that it's supposed top be. I hope that you always feel held, loved, and cared for in the way you need it.

While I am trained professionally as a full-spectrum doula, I am very passionate about supporting military families, NICU families/high risk pregnancy and survivors of birth trauma, walking closely and intentionally with you in this time.
