✨ ABOUT ME…
I am a NJ based birth and postpartum doula. After delivering my own two children by cesarean, I realized that I needed to empower myself to advocate for my third delivery. My third baby was a successful unmedicated VBAC with assistance by an amazing doula team. This made me realize how important doula work is and what a difference it makes in the birth journey. I became impassioned for everything birth related and got trained to become a birth doula shortly after. During this time, I also became a postpartum doula and is thrilled at the idea of helping new moms successfully nurse their babies. My main goal is to help my clients achieve their goal.

As a doula with full-spectrum training and certification, my passion aligns most in unmedicated birth and VBAC support. I do support all kinds of birth. My goal as a doula is to offer education and information so I can help parents make the best decision for themselves.
