I have been passionate about birth my whole life and after having 3 children of my own, I am ready to step into the birthwork world to support moms in having the births that they desire. I have been an educator for 18 years so teaching others is something that comes natural to me - I'm so excited to teach my clients all about how they can support themselves and their babies in the best way possible.

While I enjoy working with all moms, I feel called to focus on moms who want to improve on prior birth and postpartum experiences in every way. I help moms process previous birth experiences and troubleshoot potential issues holistically through diet, lifestyle, and movement. Ultimately, I want to see moms have redemptive birth experiences!
